Broadly applied for any industry, the GDPR Regulation is defined as the 'Controller' (Business or Industry Professional) gathering personal data from the 'data subject' that processes said data as imposed by the regulation.

The 12 month 'Starter Package' will make sure your GDPR policy and notice reflect your methods of working so that as you capture, review and store personal client data, you do not fall short of your GDPR responsibilities. The package will typically create a privacy and security policy as well as create customised templates for you to use as you provide your service.

As a specialist in cyber security, all data protection regulations like UK DPA and GDPR is our natural starting point, thus we further ensure your digital activities promote GDPR regulations and if required provide more recommendations - this is why we have created the 12 month 'Cyber Casual Package'. Being Chartered allows us to understand regulations and how they effect you.

All required artifacts will be based off your specific services in relation to the guidelines published on the ico.org website, thus this package will require your dedicated time for 12 months. Once core artifacts are created, we will work with you to refine any further operational documentation required. A clear statement of work is created within the first 2 weeks - this is a strict requirement.

A certificate of completion will be provided allowing you to demonstrate to your clients that an independent assessment has taken place of your services. Finally, all artifacts from either package are expected to last for 12 months from the date of issue at which point you are welcome to have a standalone re-assessment to have your artifacts re-certified by SAIBER Ltd - Subject to any recommendations being executed within the same month of assessment.
